This summer training report consists of everything that I’ve seen and learned during my internship in Efes Pilsen. The factory of Anadolu Efes Beverage and Malt Industry, here in Pınarbaşı, is being used for the production of various types of beers such as Efes, Marmara Gold, Marmara 34, Efes Extra etc. in kegs, bottles and cans.

You’ll be able to see how beer is produced in the Efes Pilsen factories reading through my report. You’ll also have an idea about how the products are tested and what the important parameters are for beer.
