1.3Brief History of the Organization

Akfa Çay was founded in1985 in Giresun.Until 1971 the state monopoly on tea production in 1984 came from the private sector gradually.There are three fresh tea processing,one dry tea processing factories.Annually 50,000 tons of fresh tea processing and packaging is done.It continues the production with 240 tons/day tea processing capacity.
Akfa Çay using the latest tea processing technology without touching the production.

Since the day it was established,Akfa Çay Sanayi has held TS EN ISO 9001/2000 quality system certificate, attesting to the investments made in technology,quality and human resources.
Akfa Çay Sanayi is a symbol of quality and consistency for years with products.
