Anadolu Efes Biracılık ve Malt Sanayi A.Ş. Ankara Beer Factory was established in 1995, in the county Kazan, in Ankara. It is one of the establishments of Anadolu Group. The center of the Anadolu Group is in İstanbul.
Efes Drinks Group is produced approximately 900 million liter beer in İstanbul, Ankara, Adana and Lüleburgaz factories. The hop is produced in Bilecik and the barley is produced in Afyon, Konya fields. The malt is produced in Afyon and Cumra malt facilities.
Ankara Beer Factory has the capacity of 300 million liter. There are three different kinds of containers that beer is filled in; bottle, can and keg, and Efes Pilsen Ankara Beer Factory has the capability to produce in all of these containers. After completing the new facility for the bottle filling process, Ankara Beer Factory has a capacity of 50000 bottle beer per hour, 50000 can beer per hour and 500 keg beer per hour. 6 kinds of beer is produced in the factory which are namely Efes Pilsen, Efes Light, Efes Extra, Everest, Efes Dark and Efes non-alcohol beer. The production of these different kinds of beer is not done in a regular schedule, rather the decision of the production of the kind of the beer is done on demeand.
