Fluıdızed Bed & Fluid Bed Dryer

I. SUMMARY

Object of experiments are;
To investigate the fluidization phenomena
To compare the experimental results for the variation of pressure loss as a function of fluid velocity.

Equimpment involves:
Electrical fan
Orifice meter
U-tube monometer
Inclined monometer
Bed
Air distrubition plate
We used generally a fan which supplies air to the system, a valve to adjust air velocity, an orifice meter used to measure the fluid flow. In manometer, we use CCl4. To measure pressure loss in bed, we use inclined manometer. In fluidization bed, coffee is used.
