INTRODUCTION:
The main purpose of this summer practise is getting familiar to the industry labratory and learn how the quality controls and specifications done. In the labratory, analytical methods such as gravimetric and volumetric, methods was used. Microbiological analysis was studied. And the results was compressed with the Turkish Specification. Also the affect of food engineers to the production was absorbed.
