Quality Control:
Grapes are brought from the vineyard in lorries. Before they enter the “crusher” grapes go through a selection process. Grapes are transferred to the selection band. The aim of the selection process is to get rid of the leaves, branches, moldy, diseased grains or bunches and foreign bodies (stones, mud, etc.). Selection band brings the grapes to a large container where grapes are transferred to the crusher-stemmer unit with the help of a moving spiral.
